- Kofi Amfo-Akonnor appointed to leadership position of Presbyterian Church of Ghana
Kofi Amfo-Akoonor, since five years director of Ramseyer Training Centre (RTC), Abetifi in Ghana (Member of Oikosnet Africa) informed us that he was appointed as the Director of Church Life and Nurture of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG) at the last June General Assembly Council meeting of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, the Council. He will move to the headquarters of the Church in Accra from the first week of September.

As vice president, Motley will develop, manage and evaluate programs for the foundation, which partners with individuals and communities in California and around the world to address health disparities, religious pluralism, economic injustice and other pressing social issues.

Motley draws upon a rich background in the arts and academia to apply her passion for social justice. Previously, she directed public programs for the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles.
